Our Experience
All of Clarity Counselling & Mediation's counsellors hold a Master in Social Work (MSW) degree. They are registered with the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). At CCM we are committed to following PIPEDA's and PHIPA Acts. Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us!
Our Office
Our office is located at 11 George St South, Unit 3, Cambridge, in the downtown West Galt area close to Queen's Square. The entrance to the building faces George St. When you enter the building there will be a small lobby with office doors; Clarity’s office door is on the left and has a sign. Through that door is Clarity's waiting room where you’ll find a seating area and some music playing. Help yourself to a seat and your counsellor will greet you for your appointment time.
Parking and Public Transit
There is usually plenty of free 2-hour street parking available in front of the office on George Street and around the block. There is also free two-hour parking at Queen’s Square Parking Lot on Gardiner St, a four-minute walk from the office. There are various local bus routes with stops about a 12-15 minute walk from Clarity, depending on where you are coming from. To learn more, visit Grand River Transit’s website or the transit option in Google Maps.
Accessibility
Our office is on the ground floor, with no stairs or steps. Inside our office, we have a small all-gender bathroom. If you have any accessibility questions or concerns, please feel free to email or call us and we would be happy to discuss with you; we want your counselling experience to be as accessible and safe as possible. We also offer virtual counselling by video or phone if that’s a more accessible option for you.
